Regardless of destination, these come up on every single application we process. Have these ready first.
Get your APS Certificate. Indian students verify academic records via the APS India Portal — takes 4–8 weeks, so start first.
Check qualification equivalency. Use the DAAD Entrance Database; if your 12th-grade curriculum isn't directly equivalent, a 1-year Studienkolleg prep course is required.
Submit your application. Public universities via uni-assist or direct portals (Winter intake closes ~15 July, Summer ~15 January). Private universities take rolling applications directly.
Fund your blocked account and book a visa appointment at VFS Global as soon as your admission letter arrives.
Research & shortlist 6–9 months before intake — September/October (primary) or January/February (secondary).
Apply. Bachelor's via UCAS, Master's directly through the university, with transcripts, SOP, LORs, and English scores.
Fulfill your Conditional Offer — submit final marksheets or required scores to convert it to Unconditional.
Pay your tuition deposit and complete a mandatory TB clearance test.
Clear the Pre-CAS interview and receive your CAS once your finances satisfy the 28-day rule.
Apply for your visa on gov.uk using your CAS, pay the visa fee + IHS, then attend biometrics at VFS Global.
Apply directly to Italian universities (October–April) — application fees are low or free.
Receive your Admission Letter, then complete mandatory Universitaly pre-enrollment (April–July).
Secure your DOV or CIMEA certificate — required before your visa or enrollment can finalize.
Submit your visa application via VFS Global (June–August) with bank statements, accommodation proof, and medical insurance coverage.
Complete the mandatory video interview, then arrive and apply for your Permesso di Soggiorno within 8 working days.
Choose a CRICOS-registered course — intakes are Feb/March (major) and Jul/Aug (minor).
Meet entry benchmarks and submit your application with transcripts, SOP, LORs, and English scores.
Accept your Letter of Offer, pay the deposit, and receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) — required for the visa.
Arrange OSHC health cover and prepare proof of financial capacity.
Complete the Genuine Student (GS) requirement — written evidence of your ties to India and career plans.
Pass medical & character checks, then lodge your Subclass 500 visa application online.
Secure your admission letter, then register and complete the Campus France (EEF) procedure — documents, fee, and academic interview.
Fill out the France-Visas application once Campus France clears your file.
Book a VFS Global appointment — bring your passport, Campus France confirmation, acceptance letter, financial proof, accommodation proof, and insurance.
Attend your visa appointment and pay the required visa fee plus VFS processing charges.
Validate your VLS-TS visa online via the ANEF portal within 3 months of arrival — skipping this invalidates your legal residency.
Every case is different — book a free consultation and we'll walk through your specific eligibility and timeline.
